Assassins Creed Revelations ภาคนี้จะเป็นการรวมตัวนักฆ่าจากทุกๆภาคเอาไว้ นั่นก็คือ Altair จากภาคแรก Ezio จากภาคสอง และ Desmond Miles จากยุคปัจจุบัน เนื้อเรื่องของภาคนี้จะเป็นการรวมกันของทุกๆภาค โดยเริ่มจากช่วงแรก ต้องเล่นเป็น Altair หลังจากนั้นบทจะตัดมาให้เล่นเป็น Ezio ในช่วงเนื้อเรื่องหลังภาค 2 และภาค Brotherhood นั่นคือหลังจบศึกกับทหารกรุงโรม แล้ว คราวนี้ Ezio ต้องต่อสู้กับ Constantinople แห่งจักรวรรดิ์ Ottoman Empire และสุดท้ายจะเป็นเนื้อเรื่องของ Desmond ในยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องราวต่อจากภาค Brotherhood เช่นกัน สำหรับใครที่เป็นแฟนตัวยงเกม Assassin's Creed และอยากรู้เนื้อเรื่องช่วงต่อหลังจากตอนจบในภาคเก่าๆ ล่ะก็ห้ามพลาด Assassins Creed Revelations เด็ดขาด

ระบบการเล่น Assassins Creed Revelations จะใช้การเล่นแบบ Open World เช่นเดียวกับภาค Assassin's Creed Brotherhood แน่นอนว่าจะมีระบบรองรับการเล่น Multiplayer ด้วย และฉากภาคนี้ก็จะกว้างใหญ่กว่าเดิม แถมยังมีฉากหลายสถานที่ เพราะเนื้อเรื่องแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วงของแต่ละตัวละครนั่นเอง เอาล่ะมาร่วมผจญภัยไปกับความทรงจำของนักฆ่า Desmond ในอดีตและปัจจุบันของเขากัน
